Terms - Rent a car in Turkey cheap airport transfers company
DRIVING LICENCE AND AGE
Valid national or international driver's licence held at least two years and
minimum 23 years of age for groups (B-E), 25 years of age for groups (F,G,H,I,K,KA,N,M)
and minimum three years of driver's license and 28 years of age for groups
(L,LA) are required.
RENTAL PERIOD
Minimum rental is 24 hours. Any rental period less than 24 hours also
requires a whole day rate.
TYPES OF RENTAL AND RATES
Unlimited Km. Daily rates applies. No additional charge per Km. Special
rates and conditions apply for long term periods (minimum rental of 1 month).
Rates are inclusive of oil, maintenance, third party insurance ( up to legal
limits), exclusive of gasoline and V.A.T.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required by cash or any major credit card at the time rental.
Final bill will be settled at the end of rental and for possible extra expenses
at this time, a sufficient deposit of USD 400 minimum. or open credit card slip
should be given.
INSURANCE
Client's liability for collision damage for groups ( A,B,C ) is limited up
to USD 10000, and for groups (D,E,F,G,H) USD 15000 per accident. This liability
can be waived for groups ( A,B,C); for 1 to 6 days at USD 6 per day. Insurance (CDW)
does not cover windscreen and head light breakages, type punctures and theft of
spare tyre. This can be waived for groups (A,B,C); for 1 to 6 days at USD 3 per
day for 7 days and over at USD 2 per day, for groups (D,E,F,G,H); for 1 to 6
days at USD 4 per day for 7 days and over at USD 3 per day.However, collision
damage waiver is void if driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, had
passed the legal speed limits, the traffic report is not obtained from the
police, damaged car and traffic report not returend to the nearest ThinkKusadasi.com
office in 48 hours. Insurance also does not cover the damages due to the
misusage of the car and damages caused by gross neglience.
If the car/cars are stolen, the customer is responsible for paying rental fee up
to the date the car/cars founded. This limit is only 30 days. If the car/cars
are not founded at the end of this limit, the client does not pay any rental fee
for further days when CDW is bought and police is informed at the time of the
theft.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Availabe at USD 5 per day at the start of rental.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
Additional drivers must register at the start of rental, otherwise insurance
becomes void. Fee for each additional driver is USD 3 per day.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
There is no delivery and collection fee at the cities where ThinkKusadasi.com
offices are during the office working hours. Otherwise, the fee applies USD 0.3
per Km to the nearest ThinkKusadasi.com office.
DELAYED RETURN
For each hour the charge is 1/3 of total bill. If it's more than 3 hours
then it will be counted as an extra day.
TRAFFIC FINES
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations incurred during the
rental period must be payed by renter.
OFF BORDER
Renters wishing to drive car out of country must obtain the advance
authorization of ThinkKusadasi.com Car Rental.
OTHER SERVICES
Cars can be rented with chauffeurs and tourist guides. Mobile phones, child
seat (5 USD/day), luggage rack (5 USD/day) and snow chains are available with
prior notice. All kind of travel agency services such as hotel reservations,
transfers, tours can be aorganized. Please check travel services page for more
information.
NOTES
ThinkKusadasi.com car rental reserves the right to substitute the type of
the car reserved, under circumstances beyond control. The rates, general
information terms & conditions subject to change without prior notice

Booking via internet :
By inputting your arrival airport and destination resort we
are able to list the models and different classes of
transfer types we can provide to your selected destination.
After choosing your preferred car, on the following pages
you fill in our reservation form that includes your personal
details, billing address information, any other requests you
may have.
Once we receive your booking form we will send you a reply
confirming your booking and include all the information that
you will need to know. |
